Everyone seems to be talking about how to boost their immune system. On the radio today a doctor recommended getting enough sleep, boost your immune system with vitamin C by drinking a glass of Orange Juice [be sure it is real juice and not a juice drink like Sunny D] and adding foods rich in zinc. Zinc has been an especially hot topic on social media this week. My sister sent me an article on boosting your immune system through diet.
